Copilot.cx environment URL

Copilot.cx provides 2 environment URLs: one for development, development and debugging purposes and another for Production use of your system.

In the next chapters, replace the <BASE_URL> with your own relevant URL.

Service account

In order to start using Copilot.cx Management API, Copilot.cx Customer Success Manager will provide the required credentials.

The credentials include clientId and clientSecret.

In the next chapters, replace the <CLIENT_ID> and <CLIENT_SECRET> with your own relevant credentials.
